Alan studied Law at Queens University Belfast where he graduated LLB (Honours) in 1995. He attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997. He Joined WG Maginess & Son in 1999.
He has been Managing Director since 2015
Alan deals with a wide range of litigation and matrimonial matters. He has over 20 years’ experience at all levels of civil courts in Northern Ireland, specialising in personal injury litigation and matrimonial and family matters.

Jane studied Law at Queens University Belfast where she graduated LLB (Honours) in 1995. She attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1997. She was a partner in a Belfast law firm before joining WG Maginess & Son.
Jane specialises in wills, probate, administration of estates, enduring powers of attorney, controllership, application to office of Care and Protection and issue affecting elderly and vulnerable clients.
Jane is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner having completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Diploma.

Julie studied Law at Queens University Belfast where she graduated LLB (Honours) in 1993. She attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1995.
She joined WG Maginess & Son in 2006
Julie advises on all aspects of private and commercial conveyancing and acts for a wide range of clients including investors, developers, landlords and tenants.
